Can an subject be deleted in the case details subject tab?
While entering the subject information, my admin
asst accidentally created two separate tabs in the subject section and it is
causing the case name to remain blank.
Solution: The first tab to the left that is black and has the lines in it is
the primary subject tab and is opened automatically. Fill that one out first on any case, that
will populate the case name. Then if you
want to add additional subjects or a company, then click +subject or +company.
If you want to remove an additional subject, simply remove the information in that tab and their name will be removed from the tab label.

Does a new client receive a system generated email when a new case is entered?
Click on Clients and go to that particular client's profile. Look in the System Access area next to Receive EMails. If it says Yes, the client will receive an email when a new case is entered. If it says No, they will not.
