  Q:  Where can I get report templates? A:  The system does not currently have pre-designed report templates.  The users have the ability to create and customize templates according to the preferences of their individual companies.

• What do the report templates look like?

  We have a few examples that we provide within the system.  The Admin has the ability to create templates so they can look however you would like.  The template builder has many design features that can make reports and other forms look great.

• What happens to my data if I decide to no longer use the system?

  All of your data can be downloaded for you into an Excel (CSV) Format at any time.  This allows you to have a physical backup of your information at any time during your use of the system and also after if you decide to discontinue your service.
