A: No, you can have an unlimited number of clients. If you have 1 or 1000 clients, it would not affect the pricing or plans.

No. Clients are unlimited. Often times only people you pay to work for you are considered users. In this example, you would have a total of 4 users: 1 Admin (You) and 3 Investigators.

Yes. Clients can assign cases, enter instructions, case notes, etc. They do not see anything you would not want them to see such as billing, invoices, internal notes.
