How do I track investigator's time
Q: I want to track the time my investigators and staff spend working on a case
A: The system gives the admin the ability to track the time their users and staff spend on a particular case. Direct your staff, users, and vendors once their work is complete to click on the case and click on the Staff tab. They can then enter time and expenses there.
TIP: In order for your users to enter such information, you must setup the billing items under Settings > Billing & Invoices
