Pending Notes Resource Page

The pending notes section is where any case notes that are entered into the system go.  When any user of the system, whether it is an admin, staff, vendor, or client user enters a note it comes to this area first.  In this area you can edit the note or use the icons to the right to email to the client, approve, delete or reject it.  If you reject the note, an email will be sent to the user that entered the note to let them know it needs to be resubmitted.

Over to the left of this screen, click on the Dashboard category for more Questions and Answers related to Pending Notes.

In the upper right of this screen, click on the magnifying glass and you may search for notes, case notes, and pending notes in the Knowledge Base to find related Questions and Answers.
