Do you have report templates? Are they web based? Can I use my Word doc. report format?

We have a report and form generation feature that allows companies to build their own report templates. If you want to use your word reports, you still can. Then once completed, you can upload that report to the Report or Documents tab depending on how you choose to utilize the system.

      Q:  Where can I get report templates? A:  The system does not currently have pre-designed report templates.  The users have the ability to create and customize templates according to the preferences of their individual companies.

      We have a few examples that we provide within the system.  The Admin has the ability to create templates so they can look however you would like.  The template builder has many design features that can make reports and other forms look great.

      All of your data can be downloaded for you into an Excel (CSV) Format at any time.  This allows you to have a physical backup of your information at any time during your use of the system and also after if you decide to discontinue your service.
