Hiding Client Information from Users
Q: How do I keep a user from seeing my client information?
A: Click on Settings and go to the Case Settings Tab. Scroll down to the Case Tab Settings. The 5th row down is the Client Tab. You can hide that tab completely from Employee and Vendor users. Change the Display to Employee and/or Display to Vendor setting to NO accordingly.

No. Clients are unlimited. Often times only people you pay to work for you are considered users. In this example, you would have a total of 4 users: 1 Admin (You) and 3 Investigators.
