Investigator is not in the drop down list
Q: I created a new investigator or employee and they are not in the drop down list when I try to associate or assign them to a case.
A: The solution for this question is the same for Employees and Vendors. Go to the Employees or Vendor list by clicking on Employee or Vendor in the main navigation bar. Click on the user you created. The 4th section down is called JOBS. Click on the Job Title you want that person to have.
If you want them to appear in the INVESTIGATOR drop down, click on the Investigator job title. It should change to green. Follow these same steps if you want them to have another job title as well. A user can have as many job titles as you would like.
The Job Title will change from red to green. Once the job title is assigned to the user and is green, the user's name will now appear in the drop down lists on the case detail screen.
